Project NewsColorado Doorways Featured Project, June 2006 - Denver Public Schools Bus Terminal The 34,000 square foot structure can house and provide service for up to 360 buses at a time. The $9 million project had an ambitious schedule, with a duration of six months from its start date. Naturally Colorado Doorways was the supplier chosen for this time senstitive project. The terminal consists of two buildings. The fuel / wash building includes fuel pumps, offices and a bus wash bay. The main terminal has maintenance and emission bays, office space, dispatch, training rooms and a messanine and partial second floor that will house DPS security personnel. When Denver Public Schools sought to build this facility, Colorado Doorways was the door and hardware supplier of choice.
