The project showcases a collaboration of the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless, the city of Denver and Enterprise Green Communities and provides much-needed afforadable housing in the Denver area. Notably it also brings environmentally sustainable development to its location on Park Avenue near I-25. The project has 100 residential units as well as a host of amenities. A management suite, excercise room, mail room, technology lab and community kitchens highlight just some of the unique features of the project. Colorado Doorways Announces Holiday Hours
TruStile recently announced new 20-minute interior glass fire doors as an addition to their lineup of fire-rated door options. TruStile’s 20-minute rated glass doors are perfect for offices, conference rooms, interior lobbies and other applications where a 20-minute rated door is required by code, but the look of a glass door is desired.
