In order to allow our employees to enjoy the summer season with their families, Colorado Doorways announces the following changes to our normal schedule: Monday, May 25, Memorial Day - Closed Our normal operating hours, with the exception of the above dates will continue: Monday - Thursday: 7:30am to 4:30pm Colorado Doorways Receives Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Certification
The FSC Chain of Custody Certification means that Colorado Doorways meets the strict tracking requirements for ensuring that products the company sells as FSC-certified come from a well-managed forest. Among other things, well-managed forests:
This certification will be appreciated by architects and contractors who specify green building products for environmentally-conscientious building owners. Chain of custody certification provides a guarantee about the production of FSC-certified products and certifies the path taken by raw materials from the forest to the consumer, including all successive stages of processing, transformation, manufacturing and distribution. Being FSC certified shows Colorado Doorways’ commitment to the environment and to the world in which we live and shows that we comply with the highest social and environmental standards on the market. Since 1994, the Police Department has been located on Parker Square Drive in a converted bank building. With the rapid growth that Parker has experienced over the last decade, the current police facility no longer meets the needs of the department. The present building has been outgrown and does not provide adequate accommodation for the ever-changing needs of a growing community.
